Are your products made of real silver?

Yes! All our jewellery pieces are made from premium 925 sterling silver, carefully crafted to maintain both beauty and durability. Each piece is tested for quality before shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We usually ship orders within 2–4 business days, and delivery takes around 4–8 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Currently, we don’t accept returns or refunds, we will start to accept returns and refund in near future. as for our products each product is carefully packed and inspected before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 5 hours providing a video of opening our package and showing the damaged products and sending it via email on contact page.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link from our delivery partner (like Blue Dart or Shiprocket) so you can easily follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Are your jewellery pieces hypoallergenic?

Yes, our silver jewellery is nickel-free and skin-safe, making it suitable for everyday wear — even for those with sensitive skin.
