Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At NobleKoi, every piece of jewellery is carefully inspected and securely packed before shipping. We put genuine effort into making sure your order reaches you in perfect condition.
That said, we understand that issues can sometimes happen — and we’re here to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items (Refund / Replacement)
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will offer a refund or replacement after verification.
What you need to do:
Record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video showing:
The sealed package
The package being opened
The damaged or incorrect item clearly visible
Contact us within 5 hours of delivery
Share:
Your order ID
The unboxing video
A short description of the issue
Send the details via our contact form or email us at support@noblekoi.com.
Once verified, our team will arrange a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
Returns (For Any Other Reason)
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or incorrect delivery:
Returns must be requested within 7 days of the product being delivered
The item must be:
Unused
In original condition
In its original packaging
Once the return is approved and received by us, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Important Notes
Products without a valid unboxing video cannot be refunded for damage claims
Used, worn, or altered items are not eligible for return
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect
